Paul’s background includes operational performance, P & L, and client relationship management for large-scale operations at companies such as Xerox, The Results Companies, and Accent Marketing Services. He has15 years of call center experience, including eight years managing international sites with 700+ seats. Having worked on multiple ex-pat and short term international assignments, Paul’s ability to manage cross-culturally, combined with his emphasis on leadership, development and change management, is ideal for his role in Grenada where he has responsibility for all aspects of Clear Harbor's operations.
